WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If an item arrives damaged or broken, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at krinajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and request. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Items are eligible for replacement or for a refund. If a refund is requested, it will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Because our jewelry made in small batches, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In such cases, a similar item of similar worth may be chosen to replace the item.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we only ship to locations in the United States. We hope to change this soon!
CAN I SEND THIS AS A GIFT?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping services upon request. If you would like to send a purchase as a gift, let us know by "adding a note" when paying! We will be sure to remove any price tags when packaging your order and will include a note if requested!
